Every Pixelab Gaming PC comes with a comprehensive 1-year parts and labor warranty. We stand behind the quality of our builds and are committed to keeping your system running at peak performance.
What's Covered
Hardware Components
All internal components including CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, PSU, and cooling systems are covered against manufacturing defects and failures.
Labor & Diagnostics
Free diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair labor for covered issues. We'll get your system back up and running at no additional cost.
Software Support
Basic software troubleshooting, driver updates, and Windows reinstallation if needed due to hardware repairs.
Thermal Management
Coverage for cooling system failures including AIO liquid coolers, fans, and thermal paste reapplication if needed.
What's Not Covered
Physical Damage
Damage from drops, impacts, liquid spills, or mishandling is not covered under warranty.
User Modifications
Systems that have been opened, modified, or had components replaced by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
Overclocking Damage
Damage resulting from overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications or improper voltage settings.
Power Surges
Damage from electrical surges, improper power supply, or natural disasters (we recommend using a surge protector).
Software Issues
Viruses, malware, operating system issues not related to hardware, or data loss/recovery.
Cosmetic Wear
Normal wear and tear, scratches, or aesthetic issues that don't affect functionality.

Diagnostics
We'll provide troubleshooting steps or arrange for you to bring your PC in for professional diagnostics. Remote support may be available for software-related issues.
Repair or Replacement
If covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace the faulty component at no cost to you. Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days.
Testing & Return
After repairs, we thoroughly test your system to ensure everything is working perfectly before returning it to you.
Turnaround Time
Most warranty repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. Complex issues may take longer, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Local Service
Drop off your PC at our McAllen location for warranty service. We recommend backing up your data before bringing it in.
Extended Warranty Available
Extend your peace of mind! We offer extended warranty plans that cover your system for up to 3 years. Contact us for pricing and details on extended coverage options.
