The Beginning

Congratulations and thank you for placing your support in us! Once you've clicked that order button, we'll send you an order confirmation email to confirm we've received your order on our end. Your order then goes through a verification process to ensure we funnel out fraud, verify your shipping address, and do a final check for incompatible parts.

During this time you MAY receive an address verification email from us — be sure to reach out to our support team if you get an email from us.

Patience is Key

Once your order is processed and clear, it's handed off to our assembly team to start gathering all of the sweet components you've chosen. As a note, Pixelab does have high-volume seasons during the holidays which can delay the time it takes from completed process to gathering parts.

Once the parts have been gathered by the assembly team, it's the home stretch of the process.

Burn-in Time

Time to check and ensure the system works before it leaves our hands! Your PC heads to the burn-in station where it is put through a stress test and — most importantly — confirmed to turn on. This step is the final check before your PC is shipped to the boxing station to be boxed and ready for the shipping department.

Build & test times vary by system: Entry Level PCs take 5–14 business days, Mid-Range and High-End PCs take 10–14 business days, and Custom builds can take 10–21 business days. Patience is key — delays can occur during high-volume seasons.

Shipping

We ship your PC with as much padding as possible to mitigate the bumps and shaking your PC can go through during transit. The majority of our orders go through FedEx. Pallets are loaded onto a truck bed and taken to a distribution hub by the carrier to tear down and sort.
