14-Day Return Window:
Pre-built systems may be returned within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
⚠️ CUSTOM BUILDS CANNOT BE RETURNED AT ALL - All custom configuration orders are final sale.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition with all components and accessories
- No physical damage, modifications, or signs of use
- Must include all original packaging materials and documentation
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Restocking fee of 15-20% may apply depending on condition
⚠️ Original Boxes NOT Included:
Original component boxes are not provided with systems. We retain all original component boxes as they are required for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing with manufacturers. This is standard practice to ensure warranty claims can be processed efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom configured PCs (all custom builds are final sale)
- Software licenses and Windows OS keys
- Opened or used accessories
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Special order or discontinued items
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Estimated Build Times (Burn-in & Testing Included):
- Pre-Built / Entry-Level Systems: 5-7 business days
- Mid-Range & High-End Systems: 10-14 business days
- Fully Custom Builds: 10-21 business days
- Holiday Season (November-December): Add up to 7 extra days due to high volume — patience is key
⚠️ Important - Build Times Can Vary:
Turnaround times are estimates and can vary significantly depending on multiple factors including:

- Quality control and testing procedures
- High demand periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays)
- Unforeseen circumstances or supply chain delays
We will keep you updated throughout the build process and notify you of any delays.
Shipping Options:
- Free Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (included with all orders)
- Local Pickup: Available at our McAllen, TX location by appointment
- Expedited Shipping: Contact us for custom shipping arrangements
✓ Shipping Protection:
All systems are professionally packaged with industrial foam, anti-static materials, and secure bracing. We include shipping insurance on all orders. Each PC is tested and quality-checked before shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Build progress updates are available upon request.
All Components Are New:
Unless explicitly specified and agreed upon, all components included in your build are brand new and unused. We never use refurbished or used parts without prior customer approval.
⚠️ Component Model & Brand Variability:
Due to market availability and stock fluctuations, the specific model, brand, or series of components may vary from what is shown on our website or initially discussed. However, you will receive the equivalent or better specifications that you paid for.
Example:
If you purchase a system with an RTX 5070 graphics card, you will receive an RTX 5070 with the advertised VRAM and specifications. However, the manufacturer (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, etc.) and specific model may vary based on availability.
To guarantee a specific brand, model, or series, you must:
- Request it during the order process
- Pay any applicable price difference if the specific model costs more
- Receive written confirmation from us

All components are sourced from authorized distributors and come with full manufacturer warranties.
What You Get vs. What's Specified:
You will receive exactly what is specified on your purchase order or website order confirmation. If a specific component, brand, RGB feature, cable color, or customization is not explicitly listed on your order, we will provide our standard equivalent that meets or exceeds the advertised specifications. We do our absolute best to deliver exceptional builds, but we can only guarantee what is documented in writing on your order.
This policy ensures we can provide the best value and availability while maintaining our quality standards. If you have specific requirements, please communicate them clearly during the ordering process.

All prices listed in USD. Texas sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Texas.
All Computers Include Warranty:
Every computer we build includes warranty coverage. However, all warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty policy and manufacturer warranty policies.
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage:
- Parts: Defective components replaced at no charge
- Labor: Free diagnostics and repair for covered issues
- Technical Support: Lifetime support via phone, email, or in-person
- Manufacturer Warranties: Individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties (1-5 years depending on component)
⚠️ Warranty Exclusions:
- Physical damage or liquid spills
- Damage caused by power surges (use surge protector)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Software issues or viruses (not hardware-related)
- Improper use, abuse, or negligence
- Overclocking beyond safe parameters
- Normal wear and tear (fans, thermal paste degradation)
RMA Process & Original Boxes:
For RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing with manufacturers, we require the original component boxes. This is why original boxes are not provided with your system - we retain them to ensure smooth warranty claims with manufacturers. This is industry standard practice and protects your warranty rights.
Extended Warranty Options:
- 2-Year Extended: +$199 - Extended parts and labor coverage
- 3-Year Extended: +$299 - Maximum protection and peace of mind
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact us via email, phone, or in-person
- Describe the issue and provide order details
- Our technicians will diagnose the problem
- If covered, we'll repair or replace at no charge
- Turnaround time: 3-7 business days for most repairs

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

Performance Expectations:
Gaming PC performance depends on many factors including game optimization, drivers, settings, and ambient conditions. While we build high-quality systems, we cannot guarantee specific FPS (frames per second) in all games. Performance claims are based on manufacturer specifications and typical use cases.
Overclocking:
Overclocking voids most manufacturer warranties and can reduce component lifespan. While we may configure systems with safe overclocking profiles upon request, any overclocking is done at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer-initiated overclocking.
Component & Brand Variability Disclaimer:
Parts, brands, models, and series can vary on all products based on market availability and stock levels. We commit to using only major certified brands (MSI, ASUS, ASRock, Gigabyte, Corsair, NZXT, EVGA, and other reputable manufacturers). However, the specific model or sub-variant may differ from what is initially shown unless explicitly specified and paid for in your order documentation.
Best Effort & Order Specifications:
We do our absolute best to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional gaming PCs. However, you will receive what is documented on your purchase order or website order confirmation. If a specific feature, brand, customization, or component detail is not explicitly listed in your order, we will provide our equivalent that meets or exceeds advertised specifications. To guarantee specific requirements, they must be documented in writing during the order process.

Right to Refuse Service:
